Shower Pan Installation Instructions

Step One
Mark and trace a 21”x31” rectangle at desired location.

Step Two
With an oscillating multi-tool or circular hand saw, cut into the van flooring on the traced line.
Note: If using a circular hand saw, set depth deep enough to only cut through flooring and subfloor.

Step Three
Remove the drain from the shower pan and place the pan into your new cut hole.
Note: Ensure the underside of where the drain hole lands is clear from any van components
and frame rails.

Step Four
Mark the center of where your drain hole lands on metal the van flooring and drill a small pilot hole.

Step Five
Using the pilot hole previously made, cut a 3” circular hole into the metal van flooring.

Step Six
Level the floor ridges as necessary.

Step Seven
Generously apply silicone adhesive into the newly cut hole. Also apply silicone adhesive onto the underside lip of shower pan 1/2” overhang.

Step Eight
Reinstall drain fixture onto shower pan ensuring tightness and good seal.

Step Nine
Place the shower pan into your newly cut hole.
Note: Allow silicone adhesive to cure per manufacturer recommendation before use.
